We’ve found Prime Cuts to be enthusiastic and reliable, with an excellent end product. They always provide creative solutions, and their on site fitters, are second to none.

We used Marcin and his team to replace all of our windows in our flat, replace our front door and build bespoke terrace doors for a new extension, wardrobes for our bedroom, pocket doors for our kitchen and vanity units for our bathrooms. With each of the items, we had very specific requirements.  For instance, we wanted specific child safety mechanisms on the windows that would not deter from the aesthetics of the windows.

We wanted concealed hinges on all windows and doors. We wanted thin frames. Because we had such specific (and difficult) requirements, we asked many questions.

Marcin was always happy to answer all of our questions and made helpful suggestions based on his experiences.  He was very organised and kept us informed of the lead times. In the end, we received very high quality items that met our strict demands.
